Mid season = £ 450 / $ 875
1st of March 2008 to 30th of June 2008
6th of September 2008 to 31st of October 2008

High season = £ 500 / $ 975
1st of July 2008 to 5th of September 2008
20th of December 2008 to 5th of January 2009

Pool heat available for £ 75 / $145 per week
Stays of less than seven nights will incur an extra cleaning fee of £ 40 / $ 75
Minimum stay three nights.

Reservation deposit required upon booking of £250 / $485
Full balance due eight weeks prior to arrival
Security deposit required of £250 / $485 refundable within fourteen days of departure.
