Low season = £ 350 / $ 580
3rd January to 30th March

Mid season = £ 385 / $ 640
1st April to 30th June
1st September to 31st October

High season = £ 420 / $ 695
1st July to 31st August

Pool heat available for £ 75 / $145 per week
Stays of less than seven nights will incur an extra cleaning fee of £ 40 / $ 75
Rates are for one week bookings, discounts for longer stays.
Minimum stay 5 nights.

Reservation deposit required upon booking of £250 / $400
Full balance due eight weeks prior to arrival
Security deposit required of £250 / $485 refundable within fourteen days of departure.
